Scope: Design, Supply & Installation of Prefabricated Camp – 16,000 m²
Spacemaker was entrusted with the design, supply, and installation of a complete 16,000 m² prefabricated camp to support the Amaala Utilities PPP Project, one of Saudi Arabia’s most visionary developments under Vision 2030.
Developed in partnership with Larsen & Toubro (L&T), the camp was engineered to accommodate project personnel while ensuring operational efficiency, comfort, and sustainability. Each structure was precision-built using advanced modular construction techniques, ensuring rapid deployment without compromising on design quality or durability.
The turnkey camp included G+1 accommodation units, dining and kitchen blocks, ablution units, offices, mosques, and recreation facilities, forming a fully functional and self-sufficient base for project teams.
